Classic cheese slicer with a stainless steel blade.  Handle made of bio-based plastic, a mix of sugarcane and wood fiber from Nordic spruce. Up to 60 % reduced carbon footprint from the handle compared to conventional plastic. The utensils were awarded with the German Design awards in 2020.
